Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These terms cover this website. The product itself has not launched: there is nothing to buy, no account to create, and no service to subscribe to. Full terms covering the product will be published before it opens.

1. About These Terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. Tablefire is an independent project operated by Guillermo Abneed Rodríguez Velázquez; there is no incorporated company behind it yet. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. What This Website Is

This site describes a product that is still in development. Everything on it — features, screenshots, workflow descriptions, integrations and timelines — describes what we intend to build, not a service you can use today. Descriptions of how Tablefire will work are forward-looking statements, not commitments.

3. Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Submit an email address that is not yours, or sign anyone else up.
  • Submit automated, bulk or fraudulent submissions, or attempt to defeat the anti-abuse measures protecting our forms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its supporting systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation for anyone else.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Tablefire name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission, other than ordinary personal use of the website such as sharing a link or quoting a short passage with attribution.

5. Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current — product plans change, and this site will not always be perfectly in step with them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website, including any reliance you place on plans, features or timelines described here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.

8. Changes to These Terms

We will update these terms as the project develops, and comprehensively before launch — at which point terms covering accounts, credits, subscriptions, payments and refunds will be added. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
