Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Tablefire has not launched yet. This website is informational: there is no signup, no account, no payment and no document upload. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form, if you choose to write to us. This policy will be updated before the product opens.
1. Who We Are
Tablefire is an independent project. There is no incorporated company behind it yet, so the data controller is the founder personally:
- Controller: Guillermo Abneed Rodríguez Velázquez
- Contact for privacy questions and rights requests:support@tablefire.io
This section also serves as our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act: the categories of personal information we collect, why we collect them, and how long we keep them are described below. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
2. What We Collect
2.2 Contact Form
If you write to us through the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you type into it, so that we can reply.
2.3 Technical Data
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (including IP addresses) as part of delivering the site securely. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us.
3. Why We Process It, and On What Basis
- Replying to your messages — legitimate interests(Article 6(1)(f)): we cannot answer a support question without reading it.
- Preventing abuse — legitimate interests: we rate-limit form submissions and keep short-lived technical records to stop automated spam.
5. Who Processes Your Data
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers who process it on our instructions:
- Supabase — backend functions that handle our forms, in the US West (Oregon) region,
us-west-2. - Resend — email delivery. It carries contact-form messages to our own inbox.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — serves this website and handles the server logs described in section 2.3, and forwards mail sent to our support address on to us via Cloudflare Email Routing.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We may also disclose personal data if the law compels us to.
6. International Transfers
The providers above process data in the United States. So if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, writing to us through the contact form means your message is transferred to the United States. Those transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or an equivalent safeguard such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under our data processing agreements with each provider.
7. How Long We Keep It
- Contact form messages: kept for as long as needed to resolve your query and a reasonable period afterwards for reference.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live you have some or all of the following rights over your personal data, and we honour them regardless of where you live:
- Access — get a copy of what we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct anything inaccurate.
- Erasure — have it deleted.
- Portability — receive it in a machine-readable format.
- Objection and restriction — object to or limit how we use it.
- Non-discrimination — under the CCPA, exercising any of these rights never costs you anything or changes the service you receive.
For anything else, emailsupport@tablefire.ioor use the contact form. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK and you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
9. Cookies and Analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is no third-party video player or social embed loading in the background. The only thing stored in your browser is your theme preference, which stays on your device. If we add analytics in future we will choose a cookieless, privacy-respecting tool and update this policy before turning it on.
10. Children
Tablefire is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy as the product develops — most significantly when Tablefire launches and we begin processing documents and payments. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
